I'm Rachael Ritchie from Aberdeen. I'm a qualified highland teacher with the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance. I have a strong passion for dancing and have done from a very young age.  Since the age of three I've attended Highland, Ballet, Tap and Modern Classes.  Going through school, teaching dance has always been a dream of mine. I want to pass on my passion for dance to other boys and girls and give them the opportunities I have had through dance.   Highland dancing has given me many amazing opportunities including travelling to Canada to compete in some of their local highland games, travelling to Paris to compete at the international gathering of Scottish highland dance and leading the Pre-Parade down the Main  Street of Disney Land Paris, Dance at several weddings and competed at the World Championships several times.

 

 

I've won many awards through dancing an participated in many dance shows.  Dance to me is a great way of children making new friends with also that competitive edge, I aim to make dance classes fun, enjoyable and modern. Why don't you take your child along and see if its something they enjoy.
